Maruyama's novel “Harrowgate” was published by 47North. Her short work has appeared in numerous online and print journals as well as in anthologies. She is faculty in the BA and MFA programs at Antioch University Los Angeles and teaches with Writing Workshops LA and inspiration2publication.com. She writes, teaches, cooks and eats in Los Angeles where she lives with her family.
