Chemerinsky is the founding Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law, Raymond Pryke Professor of First Amendment Law, at University of California, Irvine School of Law. He is the author of ten books, including "Closing the Courthouse Door: How Your Constitutional Rights Became Unenforceable,” "The Case Against the Supreme Court" and "Free Speech on Campus" (with Howard Gillman), to be published by Yale University Press in 2017.
