Atkinson is a photographer and stylist for magazines, books and such retailers as Flora Grubb Gardens. Her work has appeared in Elle Décor, Dwell, Martha Stewart Living, Garden Design and Sunset Magazine. The first book she authored, photographed, and styled, "Plant Craft: 30 Projects That Add Natural Style to your Home," was released from Timber Press in 2016. She lives and gardens in California.
