Bottner has published over 40 books for children, some of which she illustrated. Many have been animated, translated, and won numerous awards, appeared on many 'best of' lists, and one's New York Times Bestseller. She's been a screenwriter, TV writer and her short stories have appeared in national magazines. She writes for the Jewish Women's Theater, and does spoken word events. Her YA novel is due in 2018.
