Amy Wilentz

Wilentz is an award-winning journalist and author. Former New Yorker Jerusalem correspondent and long-time contributing editor to The Nation, she won the National Book Critics Circle 2013 Award for her memoir “Farewell, Fred Voodoo: A Letter from Haiti.” Her work has appeared in The Nation, Time, the New Republic, the New Yorker, and Conde Nast Traveler, among many other publications. She teaches in the Literary Journalism Program at UCI.
