Chee is the author of the novels "Edinburgh" and "The Queen of the Night.” He has received numerous awards including the Whiting Award and a NEA in Fiction. He is a contributing editor at The New Republic and VQR, a critic-at-large for the | Los Angeles Times, and an associate professor of English at Dartmouth College.
